Waiting for parts in Marathon.

The parts we ordered last week at West Marine came in but they weren't the actual ones ordered - reordered and hopefully we get them today so we can haul out tomorrow and replace the port trim tab and get a solid seal around the exhaust hood bolts. New dinghy came Saturday and the motor arrived Monday morning. Made the most of the day Monday fishing and snorkeling. Too much floating grass to troll and the snapper were small.
When you have a big boat you tow your 28 foot center console dinghy behind you.

Very busy at Sombrero Key reef.

We were just up wind from this guy with the main area of the reef behind us.

Grabbed our first mooring ball in a crowded field - initially seemed like we were moving but we got settled in.

They weren't too sure that the barracuda were friendly.

About 4.5 miles away from our marina. The water has settled a lot but still less than 20 feet of visibility.

Relaxing but the pool before surf and turf on the grill - king mackerel and NY strips.
